Founder and Creator

Sharon Manner is theĀ founder and creator of Samadhi Sun yoga school and its charitable foundation affiliate, Ashrams for Autism. her involvement, dedication and attentiveness reflects upon the quality teachings that Samadhi Sun trainings have to offer. Sharon embraces the ultimate goal of yoga and strives to incorporate this philosophy into her daily life and teacher trainings. The yogic knowledge she has acquired can be accredited to Sri Swami Satchidanda, John Margabandhu Martarano, Swami Ashokananda and many other yogic leaders. Sharon is grateful for the guidance provided and proud to have their teachings as the foundation in which Samadhi Sun's principles are built upon.



Margabandhu "John" Martarano

Master Herbalist, Nutritional Expert, Director of IYI Fairlawn

Margabandhu has served as the Director of the Fairlawn, NJ Integral Yoga Institute for more than 35 years. Margabandhu accepted the position at the request of Sri Swami Satchidananda, then founder of IYI. He is a Senior Certified Integral Yoga Instructor, proficient in all aspects of Yoga, having received instruction and guidance directly from Gurudev.

Margabandhu is a Certified Massage Therapist, specializing in Accupressure and Reflexology. He is also a Master Herbalist and studied with many noted experts, including, Viktor Kulivinkas, Smoky Santillo and Dr. Ralph Dale.

Sharon feels honored and grateful to have Margabandhu as a friend and teacher. Over the years he has offered his knowledge in the Teacher Trainings, educating students on the yogic lifestyle, the importance of a healthy diet and good digestion, Chakras, Meridans and other healing aspects of Yoga. Margabandhu will be leading a workshop on Healing through Yoga and Diet for Individuals in the Spectrum.




Christina Wypijewska

E-RYT 500, Masters in Public Health

Christina joyfully and creatively teaches adults, teens and kids how to find and cultivate their inner voice through movement, mantra, and meditation. As an Ananda Ashram yoga teacher, her teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in the timeless wisdom of the ancient scriptures. A graduate of Yale University and Vassar College, with a background in public health, Christina is a 500-hour trained teacher who has been committed to the practice of yoga since 2000. Christina encourages students to explore their potential through powerful and balanced vinyasa flow classes with an emphasis on breath, alignment and awareness. She also shares yoga nidra, gentle and restorative yoga, and an exploration of sound healing through chanting.

Christina completed Yoga for Cancer Care training, as well as training to work with children and teens. She is a certified ChildLight Yoga Instructor and has a special love for working with kids of all ages. She was privileged to be part of the first-ever 100-hour advanced training in Ayurveda and Healing at Laughing Lotus Yoga Center in NYC, where she completed her advanced certification. She shares her passion for connecting yoga, food, and mindful living through group and private classes, workshops and retreats.
